✅ Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery for the following reasons:

• Wrong size received

• Wrong item received

• Defective or damaged product on arrival

❌ Items Not Eligible for Return

We cannot accept returns for:

• Worn or washed items

• Items with visible wear, damage, or smell

• Custom-sized or limited-run items

• “Support Pass” or donation-based digital products

Refunds are issued once the item is received back in its original condition.

• Refunds go to your original payment method

• Please allow 3–5 business days for processing

• Shipping costs are non-refundable

If you need a different size:

2. Send the original item back

3. We’ll ship the replacement once it arrives

4. If the requested size is out of stock, we’ll offer a refund or next-drop credit

All Roll Call T-Shirts are part of a limited pre-order and made in-house by VICUS ENT.

Because each shirt is produced to order, shipping and processing times are slightly different from standard merchandise.

Pre-Order Details (Roll Call T-Shirts)

• These shirts are not pre-made — each one is printed after the pre-order window closes.

• Production typically takes 3–7 days once pre-orders end.

• Shirts ship as soon as they’re finished, in the order the purchases were received.

If your order includes multiple items, the entire order ships together once the shirts are ready.

Processing & Shipping

After production is complete:

• Orders are packed and shipped within 2–4 business days

• All shipments are sent via FedEx

• Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on location

You’ll receive a tracking number the moment your shirt ships.

Shipping is calculated at checkout using real-time FedEx rates.

No extra handling fees.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Once your package is shipped, FedEx is responsible for delivery.

If your package is:

• Marked delivered but missing

• Delayed

• Arrived damaged
